Shipping Process
Wa Japan ships pan-India through trusted delivery partners.

We usually dispatch orders within 2-4 business days. In case a product delivery gets delayed we will inform you on your registered email ID and phone number.

We will share with you the dispatch details 24hrs after your order has been shipped. You can then track your order with the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock.

Shipping & COD Charges

We charge a shipping fee of Rs.100 on orders below Rs.799. Beyond this shipping is free.

Cash on Delivery is available at an extra charge of Rs.75

Return & Refund Policy

Products once purchased are non-refundable.

We will provide a replacement for your product if the product you received is i) Incorrect ii) Damaged.

Please inform our customer care within 4 business days of receipt of the package.

We will validate the request and share instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the product back in intact condition we will provide you an in-store credit which you can use to purchase. We will complete this process within 10 business days of receiving the product.

Cancellation policy

If an order is not shipped we will cancel the order and provide an instore credit equivalent to the purchase value for prepaid orders. For orders already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
